Cool off where ever you are whenever you want. Use any temperature of water to wet the towel even boiling water, squeeze excess water out of the towel, shake for 10 seconds to get towel cool then another 10 seconds to get to between 4.2 and 4.5 degrees. 
 
We suggest that customers who buy our oil who do not want to feel the natural heat of the product use a Cool Towel to cool the area on the body prior to application.
